 My history of community involvement is well known throughout the Tri-city area. I am well respected and known throughout my community. In the 35 plus years that I have lived in the Tri-city region I have had the honor of serving on both the City of Prescott and the Town of Prescott Valley Councils, boards, non profits and committees, I have a Background in Municipal Government, conducting meetings, budgeting, facilitating meetings and making hard decisions. I played Santa in this region for over 15 yrs, In that time I worked with the different Police Depts to give a good experience for the children from crisis homes with their Shop With A Cop Program. I also played Santa Clause for the Tri-City Partnership and The Boys and Girls Club. I have been involved with both the Prescott Chamber serving as a Vice President and Prescott Valley Chamber serving as a Town Liaison.  I have also worked extensively with the local media, both in print and on the radio.  I'm willing to take hold of a project and give it my best. I am Flexible and versatile – able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. Poised and competent with a demonstrated ability to easily transcend personal differences. I thrive in deadline-driven environments and have excellent team building skills. 

The skills and training that I have acquired over the years, I feel are very beneficial to me in all aspects of Public relations, Public Service, And Committee duties. I have always considered being a public servant an honor NOT an entitlement! I have made contacts and friends with the very people and agencies that I need to know to be able to perform in any position I undertake.

With 35 years in the area, on Council in Prescott and Prescott Valley and playing Santa for Non Profits for years, There is not much the voters do not know about me. I have lived a very visible life, It is however not widely known that I was instrumental in the Federal investigation into where all the tax payer money went when Yavapai Downs went bankrupt.  I was the only elected leader who spoke out for the Tax Payers against the Corruption. I have done a lot of behind the scenes work for the tax payers of Prescott and Prescott Valley and will continue to do so, always mindful of the honor of Public Service that does not end at 5pm. I believe that as an elected official/ Public Servant my responsibilities to the public are a full time, 24 Hour job.  ~Harold Wise
